As previously communicated, CHS Payment Solutions has discontinued the third-party gift card program administered by epay. For locations that previously participated in the epay program, please see below for steps must be taken by April 30, 2023:

Locations with VX 520 Terminals Used Only for epay Transactions:

• Locations that only utilize their VX 520 terminal for epay transactions must return terminals to CHS Payment Solutions by April 30, 2023.
• If terminals are not returned by that time, a $265.00 unreturned equipment fee will be assessed.
• A return label for this terminal will be furnished by CHS Payment Solutions upon request. To request a return label, sites can contact CHS Payment Solutions Customer Support.

Locations with VX 520 Terminals Used for epay and Additional Transaction Types:

• Locations that utilize VX 520 terminals for epay transactions AND additional transaction types (credit card processing, POS Check, etc.) do not need to return their VX 520 terminals.
• The epay application will still be visible on the VX 520 terminal, but will no longer be operational.
