Epay has administered the third-party gift card program on behalf of CHS Payment Solutions over the last decade. As a result of diminishing demand and lack of product offerings, CHS Payment Solutions will discontinue the program effective Jan. 31, 2023.

Over the last few weeks, locations processing epay transactions received a letter detailing required next steps based on terminal type.

• Locations that only utilize their VX 520 terminal for epay transactions must return terminals to CHS Payment Solutions by April 30, 2023. If terminals are not returned by that time, a $265.00 unreturned equipment fee will be assessed. A return label for this terminal will be furnished by CHS Payment Solutions upon request. To request a return label, sites can contact CHS Payment Solutions Customer Support.
• Locations utilizing VX 520 terminals for epay transactions AND additional transaction types (credit card processing, POS Check, etc.) do not need to return their VX 520 terminals. Beginning Feb. 1, 2023, the epay application will still be present on the VX 520 terminal. While the application will still be visible on the terminal, it will no longer be operational.
