A software upgrade to Comdata Version 3.19 has been released and requires your action by July 10, 2022. The latest release includes Outdoor EMV (OEMV) acceptance. For full details on v3.19, please click here.

In accordance with the CHS Approved Software Release plan, Comdata v3.19 is now the only CHS approved software version for Comdata. The following versions of Comdata software will be expired:

• Comdata v3.15.1
• Comdata v3.16

As Comdata v3.19 is now the only CHS approved software version for Comdata, to fulfill requirement 6 of the PCI standard (develop and maintain secure systems and applications), v3.19 will need to be installed by July 10, 2022, or a $250 out-of-date software fee will be assessed.
