Important Notice for Passport® Users: Confirm Software Updates are Completely Installed

For Passport customers upgrading to software version 21.03 or higher, it is imperative that all machines have the Base software and Maintenance Patch fully installed before business resumes. If the installation is not complete before transactions are processed, issues may arise, such as the loss of related financial sales data.

Gilbarco has published a bulletin with step-by-step instructions to confirm that the Base software and Maintenance Patch have been installed. Ensuring the installation is complete will minimize the loss of related financial sales data and improve overall functionality.

As a reminder, less than two months remain to upgrade to Gilbarco software version 23.01 MP15. Effective October 9, 2024, versions 21.03 and 22.02 will be expired. Read the article
