Report POS Issues ASAP

Have you ever experienced an issue with your Point of Sale (POS)? From timed out transactions to printing troubles and anything in between, reporting POS issues to your ASC and/or POS help desk within 24 hours is crucial to ensure permanent fixes can be made.  

Due to limited memory availability, POS systems can only hold detailed data for up to three weeks. Many times, troubleshooting will require reviewing detailed data. Delays in reporting issues to your ASC and/or POS help desk runs the risk of losing access to the data that may help identify the issue.

If an incident goes unreported for too long and the detailed data is no longer available, it may need to be replicated so the help desk can obtain enough historical data to further investigate. The sooner the issue is reported to the ASC or the POS help desk, the better chance that the issue can be properly investigated and fixed permanently.
