Upgrade Required – PaySafe Firewall

In an effort to provide merchants with the most up-to-date hardware, CHS is announcing a required upgrade for the PaySafe firewall. The Cradle Point (pictured below) is the newest model of PaySafe hardware. If you already have a Cradle Point, no action is needed and you will not receive a new PaySafe.

In the coming weeks, all locations needing upgrades will receive a letter from CHS Payment Solutions and a call from ControlScan to coordinate the shipment of new PaySafe hardware. Once your new PaySafe arrives, please reach out to the ControlScan help desk at 800-393-3246 and select Option 1, then Option 2 to complete the install. The install should take less than 10 minutes. There will be no cost associated with the new PaySafe model, and you will be shipped everything needed in order to complete.
