Gilbarco v 20.01 Upgrade Extension
On August 10, 2020, CHS Payment Solutions announced the release of Gilbarco software version 20.01. This article is to inform you that the upgrade deadline for v20.01 has been extended from February 14, 2021 to April 14, 2021.
Due to manufacturing delays related to the COVID-19 pandemic, Gilbarco has experienced backlogs in producing 20.01 hard drives. As a result of these delays, CHS Payment Solutions has made the decision to extend the upgrade deadline by two months to April 14. This will be the final extension of this software upgrade.
CHS Payment Solutions recommends all merchants contact their Authorized Service Contractor (ASC) as soon as possible to request a software upgrade.
