The new year is upon us, and now is a good time for general managers, controllers and bookkeepers to double check all location tax information. This information can be found by logging into Merchant Services Online Access (MSOA).

If you discover an error, please let us know immediately so we can make the necessary corrections before we print your 1099K in the next few days.

CHS Payment Solutions is required by law to file reports with the IRS detailing how much we reimbursed marketers for payment card sales. The data will be broken down by month and CHS will be required to report gross receipts. We will provide this data for the parent/jobber and down to the dealer/site level for review. Parents/jobbers will also be required to submit the same data to their dealers in the same format.
