MSOA Registration

Merchant Services Online Access (MSOA) is a platform for merchants to view transaction data and other payment related information. To gain access to MSOA:

  1. Register for a MyCHS account by visiting chsinc.com. Click on MyCHS login and sign up if you’re new to MyCHS. If you already have a MyCHS account skip to step 3.
  2. Fill out required information and choose MSOA access under the Business Services tab in Resources section.
  3. After registering for MyCHS, fill out the MSOA access form. Ensure it is signed by the GM or a company officer. Once the form is filled out, email it to the CHS Payment Solutions at pssupport@chsinc.com.

It has come to our attention that some users only complete step 1 and 2, but never submit the MSOA access form outlined in step 3. Please note, you must complete all 3 steps in order to gain access to MSOA.
