MSOA Registration
Merchant Services Online Access (MSOA) is a platform for merchants to view transaction data and other payment related information. To gain access to MSOA:
- Register for a MyCHS account by visiting chsinc.com. Click on MyCHS login and sign up if you’re new to MyCHS. If you already have a MyCHS account skip to step 3.
- Fill out required information and choose MSOA access under the Business Services tab in Resources section.
- After registering for MyCHS, fill out the MSOA access form. Ensure it is signed by the GM or a company officer. Once the form is filled out, email it to the CHS Payment Solutions at pssupport@chsinc.com.
It has come to our attention that some users only complete step 1 and 2, but never submit the MSOA access form outlined in step 3. Please note, you must complete all 3 steps in order to gain access to MSOA.
