Gilbarco Insite 360

The Gilbarco Passport Service Offering (PSO) program provides Gilbarco merchants with Point of Sale support. As part of the Gilbarco PSO program, merchants receive access to Insite 360. Insite 360 is compatible with software versions 20.01 and later, and provides an exciting, new, cloud-based dashboard and portal to quickly monitor and manage sites.

Benefits of Insite 360 include:

  • Remote software upgrades
    – Remotely deploy maintenance packs, services packs, and full version updates. Plus online access to software release notes and health check reports
  • SpeedKey management
    – Create, import and deploy SpeedKeys to one or multiple sites at once
  • Fuel price changes
    – Adjust fuel prices immediately to respond to changing market conditions

If you have an active Gilbarco PSO contract through CHS Payment Solutions and are interested in signing up for Insite 360, please click here to fill out and submit the operator agreement, then follow the instructions below:

  1. Allow 1-2 weeks for Gilbarco to complete the account set-up with site information. Once set-up is complete, you will receive an email providing steps on how to log-in to the system
  2. Log-in and Reference MDE-5180E- Insite360 Instore User’s Guide for how to set-up additional users
  3. Add the site owners for the respective stores you are managing as users and assign them to their stores
  4. Once the site owner has logged in for the first time, provide your Authorized Service Contractor with the Customer ID and the Gilbarco ID to configure Passport communication with Insite360
    *Note you will not be able to register the store until site owner has logged in and accepted 3rd party data sharing consent.
