Prepay Transaction Declines
Did you know if a prepaid transaction is not closed out within 60 minutes of completion, the issuer may decline payment on that transaction? This is especially prominent with debit and Pinnacle Palm Point of Sale (POS) transactions. It is important that associates remember to close out prepaid transactions at the POS once complete.
