New Location Set-Ups 101

As the year draws to a close, CHS Payment Solutions would like to refresh merchants on the set-up process for new locations*. Please see below for a few helpful set-up tips:

  1. Fill out a merchant set-up form
    • Set-up Forms can be found on MSOA or by calling 1-800-852-5301
    • Please note, there is a minimum of 5 business day turnaround for set-ups. Please ensure that you are filling out and sending in a form at least 5 days before location activation
  2. Ensure all transactions are settled
    • Ensure that tech settles old transactions before completing a new download
  3. Have tech call in for download
    • Techs must be physically on-site to install a new TID
    • No flag is needed by CHS Payment Solutions prior to download
