Test Paysafe UTM to ensure you’ll weather any storm
Storm season can bring unexpected network disruptions, making it more important than ever to ensure your PaySafe UTM’s cellular backup is ready when you need it. CHS Payment Solutions recommends testing your cellular backup at least twice a year to confirm it will function properly if your primary internet service goes down.
To test the cellular backup function, choose a time of day when business slows down to minimize customer disturbance. Disconnect the internet connection from the Paysafe UTM and verify transactions are still able to process. Customers should not notice any differences between the cellular backup speed and the existing internet connection.
