Comdata SmartDESQ software version 3.26 – 3 months remaining
On July 7, 2025, CHS Payment Solutions announced the approval of Comdata SmartDESQ software version 3.26 and expiration of version 3.25. This new software version provides bug fixes and general improvements.
In accordance with the CHS Approved Software Release plan, Comdata SmartDESQ 3.26 is now the only CHS approved software version for Comdata. Comdata SmartDESQ 3.25 will expire on January 8, 2026. To fulfill requirement 6 of the PCI standard (develop and maintain secure systems and applications), an approved software version must be installed by January 8, 2026, or an out-of-date software fee will be assessed.
