Memory Issue Identified for Verifone Base 53.27

A memory issue has been identified with Verifone site controllers running versions of Base 53.27 and higher with Wayne Outdoor EMV dispensers. This issue may be more pronounced at larger sites with high traffic and a large number of fueling positions. Memory issues are characterized by communication problems between the Point of Sale (POS) controller and outdoor card readers.

Daylight Saving Time Reminder

Winter is fast approaching, which means Daylight Saving Time is officially over. By now you’ve already updated the time on your personal watches and clocks, but did you also remember to update the clock on your Point of Sale (POS) equipment? It’s important to make this update to ensure your location meets the Payment Application requirement (4.3.3) and the PCI requirement (10.3.3), which state the POS must record transaction date and time.

Gift Card Purchase Limit Increase

The loading limit on all Cenex® gift cards has consistently been $225 for the last decade. As a result of extensive feedback and just in time for the holiday season, CHS Payment Solutions will be raising the loading limit from $225 to $400! Beginning Monday, Oct. 17, you will be able to load up to $400 on one Cenex gift card.

Cenex® Voyager® Fleet Card Fully Transitioned to EMV

The Cenex® Voyager® Fleet Credit Card will now be issued with full EMV capabilities. All new cards (pictured to the right) will come with a chip that allows for EMV capability. EMV ensures a more secure way to pay than the previous Cenex Voyager Fleet credit cards with the magnetic stripe.
