Verifone Signature Prompt Update
Due to increased merchant requests and Point of Sale (POS) manufacturer capabilities, effective 1/21/20 merchants will begin noticing a difference with signature prompts for all Verifone Commander and Ruby CI POS. Signature prompting is set at the POS level and is dependent upon purchase totals. Customers completing a transaction below $50 on a Commander or Ruby CI POS will not be prompted for a signature. Any transaction above $50 will require a signature. This threshold change will make checkout times faster, resulting in increased customer satisfaction.
