Test Paysafe UTM to Ensure You’re Prepared For Any Storm

With storm season in full swing, it is more important than ever to test the cellular backup capability of the PaySafe UTM. It is recommended to test cellular backup at least twice per year to make sure it is operating correctly in the event your internet service is interrupted.
To test the cellular backup function, choose a time of day when business slows down to minimize customer disturbance. Disconnect the internet connection from the Paysafe UTM and verify transactions are still able to process. Customers should not notice any differences between the cellular backup speed and the existing internet connection.
