Test Paysafe UTM Before Storm Season
With storm season fast approaching, CHS Payment Solutions would like to remind merchants to test the cellular backup capability of the Paysafe UTM. It is recommended to test cellular backup at least twice per year to ensure equipment is operating correctly in the event of internet service interruption.
To test the cellular backup function, choose a time of day when business slows down to minimize customer disturbance. Disconnect the internet connection from the Paysafe UTM and verify transactions are still able to process. Customers should not notice any difference between the cellular backup speed and existing internet connection.
