Recent PDI Network Outages

Recently, our partner PDI has experienced network outages that have impacted several locations. Most locations affected by these outages experienced slight delays with credit card processing while transactions were routed to the backup NBS data center. A small number of locations using Gilbarco Passport did not have their transactions routed to the backup NBS data center as they should have been when the outage occurred. The cause of the latter issue is still under investigation.
