POS Protect + Reminder
In January, CHS Payment Solutions introduced a new comprehensive program called POS Protect +. POS Protect + is a bundled solution including:
Paysafe UTM – The Paysafe UTM is a firewall that defends your POS system against malicious cyber threats. The Paysafe will:
- Provide threat detection and prevention
- Detect and block malicious software
- Supply POS with cellular backup in the instance of network connectivity issues
PCI 1-2-3 – The PCI 1-2-3 compliance solution provides leading tools and support to analyze and validate PCI compliance, including:
- A platform to complete your PCI SAQ
- Required vulnerability scans of your networks
- Custom security policy templates
- On-demand security training
Remote Access (POS RA) VPN – Through POS RA, ControlScan creates a persistent VPN between the POS vendor and your location. The persistent VPN will:
- Perform PCI Compliant monitoring of remote POS support
- Allow access for virtual software distribution
- Provide real-time vendor threat scanning to keep hackers out
