MSOA Location Management Enhancements Are Here
In October of 2019, CHS Payment Solutions announced an update to Merchant Services Online Access (MSOA), allowing merchants to request location detail updates within MSOA. Over the next few weeks, location management capabilities will be enhanced by allowing both Point of Sale and security device change requests as well.
Updates can be requested by clicking on the edit button in the upper righthand corner of each information tile. Click here for an example of the new editing capabilities, outlined in red. Please note, it will take a minimum of 2 business days for updates to be reflected in MSOA.
