Gilbarco Network PSO Program – Billing Update

The Gilbarco Passport Service Offering (PSO) program provides Gilbarco merchants with Point of Sale support. In the coming months, merchants utilizing the Gilbarco PSO Program will notice an update to the way these services are billed, as well as an upgrade to received services. Historically, fees associated with the PSO Program were billed directly by Gilbarco. In an effort to streamline processes, CHS will now begin billing for these services on behalf of Gilbarco.

Participating merchants will not notice a disruption in billing or services. The PSO Program will be billed directly on your monthly statement and appear underneath the Miscellaneous Charges/Credits/Services Details section.

Over the next few months, Gilbarco merchants will be receiving additional information about this service offering update in the mail, and will receive a call from CHS Payment Solutions to discuss in detail.
