Customer Support Hours
CHS Payment Solutions after hours support assists merchants with high priority issues outside of standard business hours (Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 5:30pm). While general questions and requests have previously been handled by after hours support as well, moving forward there will be an adjustment to the type of requests this group handles.
Effective immediately, to better serve our merchants and ensure time sensitive issues are being prioritized, after hours support will now only be handling time sensitive/urgent issues. All other issues and questions will be handled by the CHS Payment Solutions customer support team during regular business hours. Please see below for a summary of customer support hours:
All Questions/Requests: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 5:30pm CST
