On March 12, 2024, CHS Payment Solutions announced the approval of Comdata SmartDESQ software version 3.25. This software version introduces support for the contactless payment enabled M400 pin pad, for which Comdata has completed certification on the Cenex-NBS network.
In accordance with the CHS Approved Software Release plan, Comdata SmartDESQ 3.25 is now the only CHS approved software version for Comdata.
Expiring Software
The following software versions will expire on September 11, 2024. To fulfill requirement 6 of the PCI standard (develop and maintain secure systems and applications), an approved software version must be installed by September 11, 2024, or an out-of-date software fee will be assessed.
