Action Required – VX 520 Software Upgrade

A mandatory software upgrade to v2.8.19.2 for all Verifone VX 520 standalone credit card terminals has been released and requires your action.

This new software version must be installed as soon as possible and should take approximately 20 minutes to complete. A notification letter and instructions to upgrade the VX 520 software will be mailed to all locations.

This software upgrade will require an internet connection to download the update. If your location does not have internet, please work with your local technology or internet provider ASAP to install.
