Action Required – NCR Radiant Software Version EPS 3.2
A software upgrade for NCR Radiant Software EPS v3.2 has been released and requires your action by August 31, 2022. The latest release supports outdoor contactless payment.
In accordance with the CHS Approved Software Release plan, NCR v3.2 (2259) is now the only CHS Approved Software Version for NCR. The following versions of NCR software will be expired:
- v2128
- v2124
- v2122
As NCR 3.2 is now the only CHS Approved Software Version for NCR, to fulfill requirement 6 of the PCI standard (develop and maintain secure systems and applications), v3.2 will need to be installed by August 31, 2022, or a $250 out-of-date software fee will be assessed.
