Action Required – Comdata Software Upgrade

A mandatory software upgrade to v3.15.1 for the Comdata SmartDesq has been released and requires your action. The latest release routes all FleetOne cards to TCH for credit card processing. It also ensures all prepaid fuel credit/debit transactions can be processed with an authorization and completion.

With all software releases, and to fulfill requirement 6 of the PCI standard (develop and maintain secure systems and applications), the new software version must be installed by 01/14/21 or a $250 out-of-date software fee will be assessed.
