We are excited to announce that the Fallback Transaction Status report within MSOA has recently been expanded to allow users to drill into the specific network devices that are experiencing Fallback Transactions.

With this new functionality, users are now able to see the number of Fallback Transactions by Network and Specific Dispenser or Register. This will give you valuable information to determine if your devices are configured correctly for EMV.

To view Fallback Transaction Details by Device, follow the steps below:

• Navigate to MSOA
• select “View Details” on the Fallback Transaction Status Tile
  • For locations that have Fallback Transactions, an Expand Icon will display on the far left of the Details Grid
• Click the expand icon to view Fallback Transactions by Device
