Action Required – Gilbarco Passport Software Upgrade
A mandatory software upgrade to v20.01 for the Gilbarco Passport has been released and requires your action.
The latest release will update software to Windows 10. If you have any questions about the latest upgrade, please contact your Authorized Service Contractor (ASC) for clarification.
With all software releases, and to fulfill requirement 6 of the PCI standard (develop and maintain secure systems and applications), the new software version will need to be installed by 2/14/2021 or a $250 out-of-date software fee will be assessed.
