Action Required – Comdata SmartDESQ Software Version 3.26

Comdata SmartDESQ software version 3.26 has been approved. This software version provides bug fixes and general improvements.

In accordance with the CHS Approved Software Release plan, Comdata SmartDESQ 3.26 is now the only CHS approved software version for Comdata.

Expiring Software

Comdata SmartDESQ 3.25 will expire on January 8, 2026. To fulfill requirement 6 of the PCI standard (develop and maintain secure systems and applications), an approved software version must be installed by January 8, 2026, or an out-of-date software fee will be assessed.
